i am over the moon that my internet has FINALLY been reconnected!
i literally felt soo lost and actually bored. quite bad thinking of all the productive things i could be doing.
in the end it was a blessing in disguise because i was able to get all my uni work done and in on time! i've started to read again because TV actually bores me unless its a good old film.

i hope everyone has been keeping well. i look forward to catching up on your blogs :)

quick fix

i've been sooooo busy with uni it has actually drained me completely! thankfully i have reached all my deadlines and i am now freeeeeeeee as a bird!

right now i'm getting my nightly dosage of a tv programme called Snog, Marry, Avoid. LITERALLY theeee funniest and brilliant programme on tv. girls who dress as basically orange faced, fake tanned barbie dolls getting a make under. if you haven't seen it WATCH IT!

sadly i have nothing to say because uni has taken over my life this few weeks. but i'm sure the weekend will bring me some gossip to blog.

i'm off to wash the paint in my hair.

hello sun!

It is like a summer's day! Offically went outside with no coat, cardigan in my bag to be safe, and a sleeve-less top. cold at all? NOOO!
Finally the sun is here and I am a very happy bunny. Off to meet my friend Molly to sit in the park and gossip. Also I am in need for someVitamin D.

serious talk

Some people may know a youtuber called Gregory Gorgeous. I check out his videos regulary. His a great guy, very funny.
Recently he added a video about the experience he went through coming out gay.
I must say I was really moved. My brother recently came out gay and I know how hard it must have been for him and it hurts when other people steriotype, judge and persicute them. I found it amazing how friends and family accepted my brother because he was still the same person. He suddenly became more comfortable expecially within himself.

Sadly there a still people out there who just cannot accept the fact that men and women are homosexual or bisexual. I have witnessed my brother be beaten up because these people are pathetic and bullies. PLEASE just get over it. It's not hurting you or the world in any way. My brother and I have become so much closer. Sexuality should never be a problem. Let people express themselves however they feel comfortable.

I think it's amazing how more and more people are becoming comfortable with their sexuality. Don't let anyone make you feel like you can't be who you want to be.

Florence & the Machine. BRILLIANT.
They are so unique. Florence Welch is such an amazing singer. Her style is perfect (she is the reason i dyed my hair red).
Reminiscent of Kate Bush with an indie twist, these songs are a sort of gothic fairytale with fantastic lyrics and beautiful music to which it is set if you love eccentric yet brilliant singer song writers. It is simply a joy to listen to. The tracks fly by but you remember every beat of them. `Dog Days are Over' is a brilliant start and following this with the most recent single adds a nice bit familiarity. Tracks like `Howl' and `Kiss with a Fist' are then great additions before the rhythmic genius of `Drumming Song'. It then gets a little more widescreen and epic in its sound with the combination of `Between Two Lungs' and `Cosmic Love'. It then relaxes down to a more intimate and personal sound for the final three tracks which round off the whole album nicely.
It is a well crafted album that exhibits the quality and diversity of this band and especially Florence's wonderful voice. I feel like I have now found Florence and I don't want to go back.
